Installation of an HVAC unit using suitable small ground leveling and wall building
apparatus.
This HVAC .will be closely connected to the garage wall as marked on the attached
lot diagram.(via upload)
A small scale drawing of the proposed HVAC as approved by the HOA is attached
(via upload)
Using these drawings it is clear that the edge of the HVAC equipment will be on the
outer edge of zone 2 of the riparian boundary.
The overlap will be 9 to12.7sq ft

The area will be completely landscaped. This landscaping project is already
approved by the HOA
Of 5 approved phases of landscaping 4 are complete.

Manual labor will be used in footings and decorative wood screen with climbing
vines and camelias will be used around the new deck supports (landscaping phase
5)
