2. Please provide a signed copy of the application. If the application is not signed by the owner/ applicant, please
provide an agent authorization letter delegating signature authority. A sample agent authorization letter can be

3. Please provide a most recent bound and published county soil survey. Please cleanly draw or delineate the site

5. Please provide a detailed engineering plan for the stream impact 1. Based on the PCN application and impact
map it is unclear as to full scope of the stream impact [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a) and (c)]
Can you clarify what additional information you need from a more detailed plan?
6. Please provide more details to the area that is circled in blue below and the impact #1 plan provided. Is this area
being impacted for the subdivision? Based on the maps provided it is unclear whether this area is a
buffered/jurisdictional stream [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a) and (c)]
The area is being impacted by a road connection which will provide access to the proposed development via Vos
Way/Chalk Hill Lane. The area where impact 1 is occurring is a buffered stream based on the Town's buffer
determination; however, the Corps does not consider this reach WOTUS. I am attaching an NPR issued by the
Corps dated 5/8/2020 for your reference.
