This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Dare County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on a UT to Hooker Gut off East Lake, Stream Index 30-16-
23-2-2 in the Pasquotank river basin.
Existing 92)72"x 65'CMP to be replaced with (2)78"x 65'CAP with riprap on inlet and outlet ends of the
pipe.
