Attached is the SOA for the buffer mitigation for this project. Don't hesitate to let me know if you need
anything else.
Given the outcome • the WQC meeting yesterday, I'm assuming that you will continue to require th-
•• -• rain garden. While this is not preferred • the Bayer's, they will accept this over having to
go back to the WQC, and ask that the modified variance approval • conditioned such that they
provide an SIVIP for your review and approval prior to construction.
