Construction activities include heavy grading and bridge construction John E. Work continues on the bridges and grading is also underway. Seeding and mulching had recently taken place throughout the project. Several areas were noted that continue to need attention:such as rill areas on cut and fill slopes. The contractor advised that they would be repaired when that area was dry enough to get equipment on the slopes. Continue to maintain sediment and erosion control measures and seed and mulch all bare areas. Permit (401 WQC) Does the impact(s) match what was approved in the 401 WQC or non 404 permit?
