I did not ask for a response because I have spoken to Randy Parker, ORC, about these issues. pH and TRC issues are due
to meter/field certification issues; missing parameters are a function of the ORC not getting a copy of the new
monitoring schedule (from the permittee) until July. I think August reports should be back to par.
