Dear Mr. Setzer:
On July 9, 2013, I inspected the construction work on Bridge No. 81 on NCSR 1117 (Moose Branch Road) in
Graham County. The contractor was starting to work on drilled piles. Sediment and erosion control structures
appeared to be working properly.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are
performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached to this letter.
