State Permit No. 11-17 was renewed on June 12, 2020 and is set to expire on December31, 2025. According to the deed, on June 21, 2021, the transfer from TJM Ocean Isle Partners, LLC to Southern Marinas Ocean Isle, LP was complete. On June 23, 2021, Southern Marinas Ocean Isle, LP submitted a transfer request. DCM also received a transfer fee (check no. 201 dated: June 22, 2021) to our Wilmington Regional Office. This office has no objections to the transfer of State Permit No. 11-17. A copy of the deed is included with this request.
