Dear Maria,
In response to your letter concerning the Trump National Golf Club WWTF, there were two parameter violations
that need to be addressed. The following explanations are given to satisfy your inquiry.
• Nitrogen, Ammonia Total "daily maximum" exceeded the limit for March19, 2020 NDMR reporting.
o No real explanation for this spike one month. The following month it was down to 0.55, and the
month prior was 0.24. This was the month that COVID-19 affected the attendance at the club.

needed the flows into the plant. This was probably the cause. We determined there were no
further action needed to correct the issue.
• Nitrogen, Ammonia Total "average" exceeded the limit for March 31, 2020 NDMR reporting.
o This appears to be an outlier to what is normal for this facility. No reason was seen in the
operations that led to any conclusion of why this parameter was out of bounds and no further
action was needed.
Also, it was our oversight to notify you when the lab sample data was provided to us from the Pace Lab Corp. We
will do our best not to overlook this requirement in the future.
