I've reviewed your application requesting a Corps NW3 permit and DWQ 401 for the replacement of Bridge # 42 over a
canal draining to the Croatan Sound on SR 1123 (Burnside Rd) in Dare County (DWQ project # 13- 0522). Water Quality
Certification # 3883 is issued for these activities. Written approval is not required for use of this certification provided
all the conditions in the certification can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be
