I've reviewed your application requesting a Corps NW3 permit and DWQ401 for the following bridge replacement
projects in Martin County:
Bridge 37 over Smithwick Cr. on SR 1114 (DWQ project # 13- 0580);
Bridge 49 over Hardison Mill Cr. on SR 1516 (DWQ project # 13- 0579).
Water Quality Certification # 3883 is issued for these activities. Written approval is not required for use of this
certification provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be
