houses with similar sized parcels . It not officially part of a neighborhood, to my
knowledge.

D. Impact Justification and Mitigation
1. Avoidance and Minimization
la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.*
The house has been move as far forward and north as permitted to avoid buffer
impacts. Silt fence will be placed on the lower side of the site to prevent sediment
from leaving the area. Care will be taken to reduce the tree loss as much as
possible to retain the residential look
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.*
The erosion fence will be placed on site prior to construction of the site. the
construction work will be coordinated with the predicted weather to start the
installation of the new structure to minimize the run-off in the existing creek. The
disturbance will be stabilized with seed as soon as finished to produce stable slopes
