As discussions continue between the City of High Point and the Town of Jamestown regarding
amendments to wastewater treatment and pretreatment services, the town will continue to
work with High Point to support and enforce requirements of the current pretreatment
program. Jamestown appreciates its relationship with High Point as we have all worked well
together in the past and I see no change in this effort in the future for us.

the City of High Point until a new inter -municipal agreement can be executed. The City of
Archdale will enforce or support enforcement of the City of High Point's pretreatment program. If
