Below please find the comments regarding your revised submission:

Revisions to Buffer Authorization Form 2
Page 3, Section 4A- No JD, Visual observation. Two unnamed tributaries of Horse Pen Creek appear to be located on-
site. The limits and buffers associated with those features are not clearly depicted in the plans provided for the site (see
page 22, Riparian Buffer Authorization package). Additional field information is needed before a final jurisdictional
determination can be made for the site.
The two tributaries are blue line streams with no official name of record.
Page 3, 1A- Neuse River is checked. Unchecked
Page 3, 1B- New Garden Road listed as Stream Name. Unknown (no official name of record)

Page 4, Section C.1B. Discuss the Zone 1 Buffer Impacts which increased by +4,000sq ft. from the original
application. With the interpretation of the attached Transportation-Facility-Buffer-Clarification-Memo (see attached)
the proposed impact should not be counted. Please advise if your interpretation differ from my assessment.
