Please review the draft carefully to ensure thorough understanding of the pernut conditions.` Please be advised that the following changes have been incorporated into the permit renewal: > Your expiration date for this permit has been changed to October 31, 2011. > Limits for aminonia have been placed in your permit. This is a result of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements to develop daily maximum restrictions for every non - municipal permit that has a monthly average limit. Submit any comments to me no later than thirty days following your receipt of the draft. Comments should be sent to the address listed at the bottom of this page. If no adverse comments are received from the public or from you, this permit will likely be issued within two months. As of this permit issuance,. any previously issued permit bearing this number is no longer effective.
