The ARO approves the rescission of Rosman's spray irrigation permit WQ0030245 contingent upon the submittal of an appropriately executed delegation of signature authority form to Central Office. The Town has not used the system in several years and the lessors no longer wish to provide access to their land for spray irrigation when the lease agreement expires. The Town does not wish to pursue other fields at this time and has hydraulically isolated the WWTP from all associated piping. This includes locking out the valves from the wet well and severing the effluent line that discharges to the spray field. Facility submitted photos of removed line. Inspected facility on June 11, 2021.
