Remove 67,382 sf of impervious areas within the drainage area of the permit Add _59 707 sf of On -Site
Buildings, 78,572 sf of On -Site Parking, 2.816 for a new bus turnout and 19,055 sf of Sidewalks Total new
impervious for this proLt_is 92,768 sf. Proiect will reduce the future impervious from ,+92-500-jF to 98,194
sf, while staying below the 43.6°1 maximum BUA for the permit Project will not increase the net BUA nor
