I am the new "Director of Lincoln County Public Works" as of August 12, 2021 over the following Permits:
Permit #WQ0016922
Permit #WQCS00149
Lincoln County still has Ownership over the above Permits but I am trying to change the Signature Authority and the
Responsible Party Contact for the above Permits. I have attached an official Letter to be mailed out (see attached) and
all I can find on the website is the Form PNOCF 01-16 which does not appear to be the right form for what I am trying to
do.
Can you possibly assist?
