Ramona L. Hanchey and husband Ronnie B. Handley and Nicol L. Rose and husband Gary NI.
Rose, parties of the first part and Murphy -Brown, LLC, of 2822 Hwy. 24/50 West Warsaw , North
Carolina 28398, party of the second part;
'WITNLSSETI-I, that whereas, parties of the first part hereby gives written permission to
Murphy -Brown, LLC, party of the second part, to site a farm digester, closer to the adjoining property
boundary than may currently be required by swine siting laws. This waiver is exclusively for the
construction and implementation of a farm digester. Such new digester will be no closer than the
existing lagoon to the adjoining property boundary, and there will be no increase in the number of
animals on the farm.
Property Location:
This waiver from property line is for the farm identified in the Duplin County tax office as PIN
# 340700189555. Being also described in Deed Book 1396, Page 167 as recorded the Duplin
County Register of Deeds.
