Re: NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit
This correspondence is with regards to Farrow Mine owned by Joseph Farrow located at
51209 NC Highway 12, Frisco, North Carolina. This facility's Certificate of Coverage is NCG020485.
The facility is currently not required to report analytical samples because there is not a discharge at the
current facility. A need to report analytical samples is not anticipated in the near future.
Thus, it is understood that the facility does not have to register for an e-DMR.
