HomeMy WebLinkAbout20070768 Ver 1_Meeting Minutes_20041020 (3)Rob,
Here are the buffer drawings for R-4071 (I have stream/wetland drawings too, but they
are exactly the same except they show SW impacts). Where the impacts are occurring,
DOT is replacing existing pipes with larger ones. You'll see the buffer and stream
impacts occur well away from the actual road being improved. The water treatment basin
is located on the corner of Boyette/Keen St. and Keen Rd. on sheet 3.
The following is drainage information provided to me by hydraulics, it may be useful to
you:
Total Drainage Area to Pond: 2.9 Ac.
Offsite Drainage Area: 0.7 Ac.
Roadway Drainage Area: 2.2 Ac.
Roadway Drainage Area in cut ditch : 0.6 Ac.
Untreated Roadway Drainage Area entering pond: 1.6 Ac.
The 1.6 Ac. of untreated roadway drainage is collected in a curb and gutter system. It is
not practicable to treat the runoff in this area with grassed swales or other treatment
measures.
Let me know if you have any questions: 715-7216
Thanks,
Amy James
