In this replacement WQC and Authorization Certificate, the language in Condition 4 requiring that the restrictive covenants document be recorded no later than one (1) month after all federal, state, and local permits are obtained has been deleted. No other changes to this Authorization Certificate have been made. You have our approval for the impacts listed below for the purpose described in your application dated June 10, 2013 and received by the Division of Water Quality (Division) on June 10, 2013. These impacts are covered by the attached Water Quality General Certification Number 3886 and the conditions listed below.
