Our firm recently sent you an application/information package and requested
comments from your agency regarding an application to Duke Power Company on behalf
of the Town of Cramerton for the required FERC permit to construct a pedestrian bridge
across the South Fork of the Catawba River for access to Goat Island Park and various
canoe portages and observation platforms. We did not receive any remarks from your
agency and are considering this action to mean you have no objections or comments.
