Please see his email below and his photos attached to support the non -JD determination of this pond. have revised the PJD package and will submit it via FTS as the'FINAL PJD package'. This Final package includes a revision to classify Pond 7 as a jurisdictional pond (had been previously noted as non -JD pond). Everything in the package remains the same (including the signature page) with the exception of the jurisdictional status of Pond 7 on the last page (page 7), There should be no more changes after this. I appreciate your patience! Permit application to be submitted soon, Thanks Bill - - - -- Original Message---- - From: Slaughter, Johnathan H Sent: Tuesday, July 16, 2013 4 :10 PM To: Barrett, William A Subject: RE: US 21 Pond 4 is a man -made frog pond in uplands. This pond is hydraulically fed via pvc pipe from the owner's well. This pond overflows into a larger frog pond deeper in the woods (pic 1987), - - - -- Original Message---- - From: Barrett, William A Sent: Friday, July 12, 201311 :19 AM To: Slaughter, Johnathan H Subject: RE: US 21 Heath, appreciate your help with this. We will be impacting Pond -4. It is located in a front yard of a residence, and from memory and looking at topos and Google street map, believe it was likely excavated from uplands. There are no associated streams. have attached a file that includes: Title Sheet, Permit Sheets 11 and 11 B (w/ topo) for Pond -4, and Aerial Sheet 2A (depicts Pond -4), was able to resolve the other pond that I had in question, so it is just Pond -4 that needs to be looked at, Again, I appreciate your help with this! - - - -- Original Message---- - From: Slaughter, Johnathan H Sent: Friday, July 12, 201310:41 AM To: Barrett, William A Subject: US 21 Send me the aerials and plan sheets and I'll get your pics.
