A review of the March 2020 Non -Discharge Monitoring Report (NDMR) for the subject facility revealed the
violation(s) indicated below:

The reported Ammonia exceedances were confirmed in the NDMR comments. However, there was
no mention of planned retesting. Resampling for Total Ammonia is recommended to ensure the
system has returned to normal operation. The sample results should be emailed to
[e-mail] upon receipt.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. Please be aware
that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of Water Resources for
these and any additional violations of State law. The Mooresville Regional Office encourages you to take all
necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance.
