The evaluation was performed to provide information for response to an Additional Information Request from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) — Division of Water Resources (DWR), Non -Discharge Branch (NDB) in reference to a letter dated August 3, 2021 addressed to Mr. Karl T. Pernell — Mayor, Town of Louisburg. The evaluation was conducted to assess the soil properties of the referenced increased acreage and to determine suitability for land application activities proposed in the referenced permit application in accordance with 15A NCAC 2T .1104(c)(2)(A). WMSS has included our findings in Appendix I and II in order for this information to be incorporated into the Additional Information Request being prepared by Granville Farms, Inc. (Granville Farms).
