DWR must deny your request by Rule.
In accordance with NCGS 143-215.6A(f),your remission request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving
the Civil Penalty Assessment(CPA)dated May 3,2021. Our records show that your request was due by June 11
but was received on June 21,ten(10)days late.
Therefore,your outstanding balance totaling$1,119.11 is now due and payable($1,000.00 civil penalties plus
$119.11 enforcement costs).
