DWR must deny your request by Rule.
In accordance with NCGS 143-215.6A(f),your remission request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving
the Civil Penalty Assessment(CPA)dated December 17,2020. Our records show that your request was due by
January 30,but was received on February 15, fourteen(14)days late.
Therefore,your outstanding balance totaling$2,502.18 is now due and payable($2,400.00 civil penalties plus
$102.18 enforcement costs).
