inspection conducted at the subject facility on August 24, 2021, by Ori Tuvia. Frank Bryne's

prior to the facility becoming active.

Comment: Permit became effective on March 1, 2021. Currently the site is still inactive, as they
are searching for equipment. When the site becomes active, they intend to dip sand
from the river and have any run-off water pass through a screen prior to discharging
back to the river.
