Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection report for the
inspection conducted at the subject facility on May 11, 2021 by Ori Tuvia. Douglas Shoutd's and
your cooperation during the site visit was much appreciated.
As was previously discussed, the facility should address the cleanup for the remaining
solids that are stored in the aeration basin that had a structural failure several years ago.
