Box 1810 Wilmington, North Carolina 28401 SUBJECT: Permit No. NC0023965 A3,tl,nr;.?atior. to Construct City of Wilmington Effluent Pump Station and Force Main from James A. Loughlin Wastewater Treatment Facility New Hanover County Dear Mr. Cobb: The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction of an effluent pump station with three (3) 3,500 GPM pumps and two (2) 2,100 GPM pumps, 13,490 lineal feet of 30-inch force main, a foam control facility, a diffuser nozzle, a filtrate pump station with two (2) 300 GPM pumps, modifications to the existing plant piping, and a dual power feed system to serve the James A. Loughlin Wastewater Treatment Plant. This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0023965. Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Form 1'V50 "Cost of Wastewater Treatment Works." This form is to be completed and returned to this office within thirty (30) days after the project is completed.
