Replacement of Effluent Discharge Line No. 001
New Hanover County
The final plans for the subject project have been reviewed and found to be
satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the replacement of 900 lineal
feet of 8-inch force main and 900 lineal feet of 12-inch gravity sewer line to
serve discharge No. 001 at the Castle Hayne Facility.
This Authorization to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III paragraph
C of NPDES Permit No. NC0003875 issued April 29, 1981, and shall be subject to revo-
cation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0003875.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to you.
