I spoke with Rob as well yesterday - I told him I had not had a chance to look at their
submittal, but I hoped to get to it in the next week or so (unfortunately - there's really no one
else to take it, so I'll be looking at it since I'm now familiar with the history). I'll be talking to
him again after I look at it. Thanks for the info.

Paul,
Rob Allen (PWC) phoned me after he spoke with Susan Wilson today to express his
concerns that DAK is thinking about not connecting onto the PWC collection system. Rob
said that everything is more or less in place for DAK to tie onto PWC. He also pointed to a
possibly faulty EAA sent to DWQ that might be used in the decision making.
Please let me know if I can relay anything to Rob about the status of the DAK-PWC
connection.
