Division of Environmental Management (DEM) is returning your NPDES Permit
Application. A copy of your application has been submitted to our Central
Files for future reference.
Should you desire to reactivate your permit request, please advise the
DEM in writing and resubmit the complete application with the appropriate
application processing fees. Please note that construction or operation of
wastewater discharge facilities without a permit may be considered a
violation of DEM Regulation 15 NCAC 2H .0101 and the North Carolina General
Statues (GS 143-215.1).
