Well - he's going to have to check noncompliant if they are noncompliant
with that condition. I'd just have him check non -compliant and put an
explanation of why on the DMR if it occurs. The 85% removal efficiency is a
federal requirement so we cannot adjust it in the permit (except through the
variance process). Those TSS values are low - and that's usually indicative
of I/I problems (typical influent TSS values are similar to influent BOD5 -
200 to 220 mg/1).

closed and influent TSS concentrations are falling. The City appears to
