Laboratory reports and DMRs were reviewed for accuracy and completeness for the following months; March, June, September and December 2006 as well as February 2007. No transcription errors were noted. Since the previous compliance inspection, one limit violation occurred in September 2006 for exceeding the weekly limit for BOD. At the time of inspection, facility appeared to be very well operated and maintained. All treatment units have adequate capacity for the current flow and the plant is already designed to handle future growth. This facility utilizes UV for disinfection, but is not equipped with a back-up system. It is strongly advised that the facility pursue its options for installing some form of back-up disinfection system should the UV system ever fail to operate.
