The previous years annual report was also available for ' review. The ORC visitation log appeared to be complete and current. Calibration records appeared to be complete. Laboratory data was reviewed and all data appeared to be correct as reported on the DMR's. The flow meter is being calibrated at six month intervals. All units appeared to be in good working condition. The plant appears to be operated and maintained properly -with very good housekeeping. The effluent was very clear and appeared to be free of any visible solids.
