The ORC visitation log was complete and. current. Calibration records were available for review. Laboratory data was reviewed. All data that was reviewed appeared to be correct as reported on the DMR's. All parameters and sampling appear to be performed in accrodance with the permit. A copy of the permit is kept on site. The previous years annual report was available for review. All treatment units appeared to be in proper working order. The flow meter is being calibrated as required. The effluent was very clear and appeared to be free of any visible solids.
