26, 2014. The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Trent Allen of the Fayetteville Regional
Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0072877. Asa reminder, preservation of the
Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance.

The VVWTP was very clean and appeared to be well maintained.
Bench sheets for the month of December 2013 were compared to the DMR and results appeared
consistent.
Flow meter was last calibrated on December 2013.
Back-up generator is tested every Monday for 1 hour.
