Residential neighborhood, Roughly 100' of bank along stream in back half of lot is eroding significantly. Grading and fill of some sort with addition of rip rap along bank recommended to
prevent further erosion.

To prevent further significant erosion, work upstream somewhere has created more water flow in the past year resulting in more aggressive water erosion along bank.

Comments
Something must be done to shore up the bank prevent erosion alone existing fence line. Portions of the ground along bank are unstable to walk on will only get worse if something is not
done to solidify them.
