The treatment system consists of 1,200 gallon baffled septic tank, pump tank, 286 square foot subsurface sand filter, chlorine contact chamber, and tablet chlorination. Discharge is into the Crane Creek section of High Rock Lake (Yadkin River) which is classified Class WS-IV waters in the Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. Treatment units appeared to be in good condition. Tablet chlorinator had tables in place at time of inspection. Records indicate that system was last pumped by Myers Septic Service on 12/4/2018. Due to health issues samples were not collected for year 2019.
