Certification of Coverage NCG520009 is for discharge of water from sand mine operations on the
Yadkin River at 875 Hannah Ferry Road, Salisbury. The permit became effective March 1, 2021 and
expires on July 31, 2025. Annual Permit fee is paid through December 31, 2021.
Please note that inaccordance with General Permit NCG520000, Part I Section A.,the permittee shall
estimate Flow semi-annually during times of operation. Even though the submital of the monthly
monitoring reports to the Division is suspended, all monitoring requirements remain. Data for
estimated Flow is to be maintained on site for a period of three years.
