The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted split sampling of Toxicity samples at the
Muddy Creek WWTP on July 13 and 15, 2021. The split Toxicity sampling was conducted to verify that
the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW
Permit No. NC0081621. Chronic Toxicity samples were reported as "PASSED". Enclosed for your
records is a copy of the State Laboratory report.
