Wastewater has not been pumped and hauled since this permit went into effect. Freeboard has been
kept below the required one foot.
We are in the process of working with Denali to clean out lagoon #1 to allow us more capacity. We are
also in the process of replacing a collapsed storm -water pipe near the lift station in front of the hatchery
that we think will eliminate some water entering the lift station. As we get more rain, we will continue
to look for more opportunities to eliminate storm water from our system but at this time we would like
to allow this permit to expire on August 21, 2021.
