The Inspector, Linda Wiggs, met with the Owner, Victor Babaoff, onsite for the inspection.
The system appeared to be operating properly. It is a large house and therefore a large septic tank;
the children have moved out and the system is not at capacity. Recent samples obtained were
compliant. Proper disinfection tablets are used. We discussed the erosion occurring at the
streambank near the effluent pipe. If the erosion continues it could compromise the pump tank. Mr.
Babaoff stated he would look into fixing the erosion to protect the system component.
