The site remains unoccupied and the WWTP inactive. Mr. Hodges has a plan to remodel the establishment into low income apartments. The following Permit Condition is required. A.(4) TREATMENT -SYSTEM STUDY AND COMPLIANCE: Prior to repair and operation of the wastewater treatment system the permittee shall evaluate and report on the condition and structural integrity of the system. Evaluation shall be conducted by an appropriate professional for the system review required. The report shall evaluate the integrity and operational effectiveness of the treatment system. In addition, the report shall identify potential repairs, upgrades, and /or replacements necessary to assure system compliance with the NPDES permit. Prior to operation of the treatment system the permittee shall obtain an inspection of the system by staff in the Asheville Regional Office.
