The following discharge points consists of stormwater Outfalls #002, 004, 017, 018, 020, and 022. The following Outfalls consists of groundwater, stormwater and fire protection Outfalls #005, 012, 011, and 013. Outfall #019 consists of discharge from stormwater pond. Outfalls #004, 005, 007, 018, 022 discharge into Little Mountain Creek. Outfalls #002, 011, 012, 013, 019, and 020 discharge into Badin Lake (Yadkin River). The compliance review period for this inspection was from July 2020 through June 2021. The following permit limit violations at Outfall #005 were for Total Cyanide reported for 7/2020, 4/2021. Total Fluoride limit violations were reported for 7/2020, 8/2020, 4/2021, 5/2021, 6/2021.
