At 898 Harbor Road off SR 1140 at Umphlett Marina (Lot 12) on Broad
Creek off Roanoke Sound in Wanchese, Dare County, North Carolina
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to install a floating platform to add 4 new slips,
and remove an existing section of pier eliminating 3 slips, for a net gain of
1 slip.
