As you know in 2019 and in2020 we had problems with the aerator going out in the basin. After a review of the system I found the wrong pulleys had been installed which caused the bearing to overheat. I changed out the pulleys to lower the rpms which worked good in cold weather. As the temperature went up I could not keep the DO level up in the plant. I tried to make adjustment to raise the DO. I lowered the solids and then raised the water level. This helped but then at temperature DO dropped I have went up one size on the pulley. The system is operation as it should now. Solids are around 350 to 400 mg/1 and DO is around 2 mg/l. I am requesting the Fines be dropped for this NOV. Glenn Holland i
