exemptions listed within the permit.

The permittee has not implemented the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP). Employee training, monitoring
requirements, annual certification and other documents have not been maintained. The permittee has 90 days, until
November 15, 2021, to submit an updated SPPP, analytical and qualitative monitoring reports or apply for a recession based
on exemptions listed within the current permit.
